HOMEMADE QUESADILLAS
INGREDIENTS:
- 112 gr strong flour
- 112 gr whole spelt flour
- 90 ml water
- 65 ml stout beer
- 4 gr dry yeast or 12 gr fresh yeast
- 4 gr salt
- Eatlean Tasty Cheese
- Roasted ham
STEP-BY-STEP:
- Mix the flours together with the salt and gradually add the liquids, integrating everything with your hand until you get a dough.
- It doesn't matter if the dough is a little sticky, let it rest for 15 min. Knead it again and let it rest for another 10 min.
- Form it into a ball and divide it into 4 equal parts.
- Pour a little oil on the countertop and roll out each ball with a rolling pin.
- Brown the tortillas in a lightly greased pan. Over medium heat, brown them on both sides.
- Place a tortilla in the hot pan, add the cheese and ham, cover with another tortilla and cover the pan so that the cheese melts.
