MANGO FLAN
INGREDIENTS
- 450g beaten fresh cheese
- 130g mango
- 100ml egg whites
- 50g Eatlean spreadable cheese
- 1 egg
- Stevia
TOPPING
- Concentrated apple juice
- Mango
STEP BY STEP
- Place all ingredients in a container and blend until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or, in my case, silicone muffin molds.
- Fill an oven-safe dish with two fingers of water and place the ramekins inside. Cover each ramekin with aluminum foil to prevent water from entering. Bake the flans for approximately 50 minutes.
- Once cooked, let them cool for 1 hour inside the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for a few hours.
