FUSILLONI WITH BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SAUCE
FUSILLONI WITH BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 leek
- 1 garlic clove
- 200ml soy cream (or light cream)
- Grated Eatlean cheese
- A pinch of nutmeg and ground black pepper
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Splash of water or vegetable milk
- Fusilloni
STEP BY STEP
- Grate the broccoli and set aside.
- Dice the leek and garlic into very small pieces and cook them with olive oil over medium heat so they don't burn.
- Once they have a little color, add the broccoli and sauté briefly.
- Add the salt, spices, soy cream, and a splash of water or milk.
- Cook over medium heat until it reduces and we have a creamy and smooth sauce.
Cook our pasta and mix it with the sauce.
- Place it in a baking dish, add plenty of cheese, and gratinate until the cheese melts and toasts a little.
- Enjoy your Fusilloni with broccoli and cheese cream.
