GLUTEN-FREE AND LOW-FAT PIZZA

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392°F)
- Mix the chickpea flour with water and salt until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Next, place parchment paper on a baking sheet and grease with oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Pour the dough onto the paper and shape it with the help of a spoon.
- Bake the dough for 5 minutes.
- Add toppings to taste. I used tomato sauce with onion, spreadable cheese, mushrooms, low-fat aged cheese, arugula, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked and the dough is crispy.
