CAULIFLOWER GRATIN WITH EGGS
CAULIFLOWER AND EGG GRATIN
INGREDIENTS
- 500ml warm vegetable drink
- 40g wholemeal Spelt flour
- 40ml EV olive oil
- Pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Cooked/steamed cauliflower
- Cooked eggs
- Eatlean Tasty Cheese
- Fresh parsley (to decorate)
STEP-BY-STEP
- Heat the oil and add the flour, mix well and continuously for 3 min.
- Add the vegetable drink, seasonings and, over medium-high heat, mix continuously with a whisk until it thickens.
- Cover the cauliflower and cooked eggs with the béchamel sauce.
- Add a layer of Eatlean Tasty cheese all over the surface, the more the better.
- Broil until the cheese is golden, decorate with fresh parsley.
- Enjoy your Cauliflower and egg gratin.
