DEVILED EGGS WITH TUNA AND CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
- 5-6 XL Eggs
- 100g white tuna in extra virgin olive oil
- Eatlean Spreadable Cheese
- Stuffed olives
- Dash of extra virgin olive oil
STEP-BY-STEP
- Boil the eggs for 14 minutes.
- Let them cool and peel them.
- Cut them in half and place the yolks in a bowl.
- Mash them well with a fork and set aside some for decoration.
- In the same bowl, add the well-drained tuna and the cheese.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
- Fill the eggs and decorate them with chopped yolk, half an olive, and a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
