TURKEY AND CREAM CHEESE CREPES

TURKEY AND SPREADABLE CHEESE CREPES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 250ml of plant-based drink
- 125g of multi-grain flour
- Pinch of salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Eatlean spreadable cheese
- Cooked turkey thigh
STEP BY STEP
- In the blender cup, add all ingredients except the oil and process well.
- In a hot pan, add a drizzle of oil and spread it well with a paper towel.
- When it is hot, add the mixture to form our crepes and cook them on both sides.
- Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
- Fill the crepes with cream cheese and turkey thigh.
- Roll them up well and cut them into slices, which will then be skewered.
