- Extra-thin chicken breasts
- Eatlean Red Taco Cheese
- Organic sugar-free corn flakes
- Egg
- Salt
STEP BY STEP
- Chop the corn flakes with a food processor.
- Add salt.
- Assemble the San Jacobos with cheese between two chicken breast fillets.
- Coat with egg and corn.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (depending on the oven).
