
ZUCCHINI AND RICE PATTIES
INGREDIENTS
- 200g cooked rice
- 1 medium grated zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 150g Eatlean Grated cheese
- Tablespoon garlic powder
- Tablespoon onion powder
STEP BY STEP
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- In a non-stick pan, make small mounds and flatten them with a spoon to form patties.
- When cooked on one side, carefully flip the zucchini and rice patties.
- Cook on the other side.
- Repeat the process until all the mixture is used.
