TUNA CRUST PIZZA WITH SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 250g light tuna
- 4 XL Eggs
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
Topping:
- Homemade tomato sauce
- Eatlean shredded cheese
- Sliced mushrooms
- Spinach sprouts
- Frozen king prawns
- Spicy extra virgin olive oil
STEP BY STEP
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Blend the well-drained tuna with the eggs and corn flour using an immersion blender until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Next, place baking paper on a baking sheet.
- Pour the dough onto the paper and shape it with the help of a spoon.
- Bake the dough for 5-8 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Add toppings to taste. I used tomato sauce, shredded cheese, mushrooms, and spinach sprouts.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked and the crust is crispy.
- In the last few minutes, add the king prawns that you have lightly cooked beforehand to release all the water.
- Serve with spicy oil on top and enjoy this gluten-free and high-protein tuna crust pizza with shrimp.
