SWISS CHARD AND CHEESE FRITTATA
INGREDIENTS
STEP BY STEP
- Wash the Swiss chard, cut into strips, and dry.
- Chop the spring onion.
- Fry the spring onion with a little olive oil.
- Add the Swiss chard and sauté for about 6 or 7 minutes until reduced. Season with salt.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the spreadable cheese, mix with the egg, and incorporate the grated or diced Tasty cheese, season with salt if desired.
- Add the Swiss chard to the bowl where you beat the egg.
- Pour into an oven-safe skillet greased with a little EVOO.
- Bake at 170° with top and bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes.
