SPINACH TORTILLA ROLL-UP
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 XL Egg
- 1 Handful of fresh spinach
- Eatlean Spreadable Cheese
- Smoked salmon
- Extra virgin olive oil
STEP-BY-STEP
- Beat the egg, add the chopped spinach, and put in a pan with a pinch of oil.
- Make a flat omelet and cook on both sides, then let it cool.
- When cool, spread one side with Eatlean spreadable cheese and add the salmon on top.
- Roll up tightly, shaping it as you go.
- Cut in half and enjoy your spinach tortilla roll-up.
