
CHEESE BRAINS WITH CHICKPEA CREAM
INGREDIENTS
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Eatlean spreadable cheese
STEP BY STEP:
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a tablespoon of tomato sauce and a pinch of salt.
- Once mashed, add another tablespoon of tomato sauce, mix well, and fill the shot glasses halfway.
- Cover the rest of the glasses with Eatlean spreadable cheese.
- Drizzle a few drops of tomato on top and stick a breadstick in it.
